The camp management deals with Italian as well as foreign travel agents and tour operators, either on a commission or a direct-rental basis.

In the former case, guests are charged with the amount due (inclusive of 10% VAT) and a commission is paid to the agent/tour operator upon issuing of a final statement.

In the latter case, the agent/tour operator is charged with the amount due (inclusive of 10% VAT) whether or not the pitch/cabin is actually occupied.


IIn either case the camp office must be supplied with the personal details of occupants, who are all to observe camp regulations.

To make dealings more effective only one person should be indicated as a contact in charge of the drawing up of contracts, accounts/payments and communications of arrivals/departures.
